Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations
Because our coffee is freshly roasted to order immediately after you buy it, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are sent to production. If your order has already been fulfilled by our roastery, it cannot be canceled. Please see our Refund Policy for more details on how we handle damaged or incorrect items.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a coffee subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you selected at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you want to change or cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your account where you can manage, pause, or cancel your deliveries instantly. Because coffee is a perishable food product, standard subscription renewals cannot be returned or physically sent back.
