Thank you for choosing Pine River Roasts! We are dedicated to delivering the freshest specialty coffee straight to your door. Because we prioritize quality, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional online stores.
1. Roast-to-Order Processing Time
To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is never pre-packaged or left sitting on warehouse shelves. The moment you place an order, our US-based roasting facility schedules your specific beans to be freshly roasted and packaged.

- Processing/Roasting Window: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be roasted, custom-labeled, and packed for shipment.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your coffee is perfectly roasted and sealed, it is immediately handed off to our carrier partners (USPS or UPS) for delivery.

- Standard US Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive at your address depending on your location.
- Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their fresh coffee within 3 to 7 business days from the date the order was placed.
3. Order Tracking
The moment your coffee leaves our roasters, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update your tracking information.

4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United States. We cannot ship internationally at this time.

5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local postal hub. If the package is still missing after 6 business days, contact us at pineriverroasts@gmail.com and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.
