Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us process this quickly, please include a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item in your email.No Returns Accepted
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our freshly roasted specialty coffee, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on any items for health and safety reasons. Please do not mail any coffee back to us. We also cannot accept requests or refunds on sale items or gift cards.Refunds
Once you contact us with proof of the issue, we will review it and notify you if your refund or replacement bag is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
